I asked myself this question while writing this article. Everything seems somehow important and yet not. And where do I start anyway? Am I writing about anxiety or about the nervous system? or perhaps about yoga? Oh, I’d better eat something first or read the e-mails first… Do you know that? Confusion, doubt, procrastination!
Now the topic for the blog is at least clear 😉. I would like to share with you my personal tips and tricks that help me in such cases:

3rd headstand, handstand or forward bend. When I’m tired or confused, these yoga exercises and a break help me. They bring fresh blood to the brain and relieve your heart.
