In addition to my practice, I have been working for many years as a lecturer in the training and further education of yoga teachers. Imparting knowledge and supporting development processes at various levels are a central part of my work.

I am incredibly grateful to life that it has been so good to me. Born a white woman in an industrialized country, into a normal, intact family in the countryside. With access to education, food and healthcare. With the right to vote and a welfare system. Insane, isn’t it? And then on top of that, all these wonderful people who support, teach and inspire me.
