REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Here you will find all the information and steps you need to register:

  • To secure your place, click on the registration button below.
  • Of course you can also transfer the full amount directly, please contact me by mail. However, this must be received in the account by 28.2.2024 at the latest. If you are transferring from abroad, you will be responsible for the conversion and transfer fees. I recommend ‘Wise’ for international transfers as they have high transparency and low fees.

  • Please send an email to hallo@katharinakirchner.com with the following details:
    • Name, address, telephone, date of birth
    • Room request (if you would like to share a double room with a friend, please include her name)
  • Book your flight and insurance and the nearest airport is Malaga.
  • If you arrive on Sunday, you may be able to take the transfer from Casa El Morisco (30€/pp) to Villa El Morisco. Please send an email to info@villaelmorisco.com 2 weeks in advance to see if they can take you with them.
  • Travel is the responsibility of the participants.
  • Insurance (accident, cancellation, theft…) is the responsibility of the participants.
  • Cancellation conditions
    • 100,-Chf registration fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances, otherwise the following applies:
    • until 31.12.2023: 80% of the respective booked fare (Very Early Bird/Early Bird)
    • until 28.2.2023: 50% of the respective booked fare (Very Early Bird/Early Bird/Regular)
    • No refund after 28.2.2023
    • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program in terms of content, personnel, space and time. Claims for damages are excluded. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event or to change the date of the event if it is unreasonable to hold the event. Reasons include insufficient booking capacity for the event or other important reasons for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the speakers, force majeure, etc.). In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the retreat costs incl. of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Further information and details:
    • You will receive further information regarding packing list, weather etc. in mid-April . A WhatsApp group will be created shortly before the start (for information, carpooling…).
  • By registering, you agree to the above conditions.
