I have your attention for a maximum of 20 seconds… after that I have to skim through the next newsletter, listen to the new podcast, get the birthday present, write the email, take care of the children and a thousand other things that we think are oh-so-important.
So I’ll be brief and just share Lama Yeshe’s three mantras for the West with you. They say it all:

RELAX.
LET GO.
GOOD ENOUGH.

RELAX.
LET GO.
GOOD ENOUGH.

Wonderful, isn’t it?
If I have any of your 20 seconds left, please read on.

EXERCISE OF THE MONTH

RELAX. LET GO. GOOD ENOUGH

Every time you feel stressed and catch yourself doing it, pause for a moment and tell yourself “Relax. Let go. Good enough.” – preferably in your native language, because that’s what your emotional brain center understands best. And as always: friendly repetition makes perfect!

PS: I have a Post-It with “Relax!” stuck to my laptop. A great reminder!
